We mail out; we do not keep a fitting room

Orders ship to U.S. street addresses. We do not export. A foreign checkout is refunded. If your carrier cannot deliver a dress to a PO box of yours, give us a street — some jackets will not fit a PO box.

Postage you pay us

None, on the way out. Standard U.S. shipping is free with no minimum. Checkout must show $0 shipping.

When the PO Box drops to the carrier

1–2 business days after the card confirms (Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern time). Tracking at first scan. Then about 3–7 business days in the lower 48.

Coming back to a box

Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. local time in EAST HAMPTON, NY on a business day usually make that day’s pack list. Later orders roll to the next business day. Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern time.

What we will not do

We will not hold a parcel for pickup in another country, split an order to dodge export rules, or mark a foreign address as “gift” to force a label.
