Tagged unworn dresses and layers, unaltered bottoms, clean jackets. Indoor try-on only.

Refund by mail

Original card, 5–10 business days after we intake. You pay return postage unless we shipped a defect or the wrong listed size. No in-person swap.

Inspection

We open returns in the order they arrive at PO BOX 2494, EAST HAMPTON, NY 11937. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.

How long a refund takes to show

Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.

The 30-day RMA window, free outbound U.S. shipping, and “unused with tags” rule are the same claims we would enter in Google Merchant Center for Schwehr Outfit.
