What a mail-order file contains

Your contact and streets, the women’s pieces you ordered, processor-handled payments (PAN not stored on this server), cart cookies, and photos you send.

PO Box as the privacy address

Requests (including California CPRA) go to [email protected] and may be mailed to PO BOX 2494, EAST HAMPTON, NY 11937. We do not sell the file. We do not collect from children under 13. Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Payment processors

Card data is collected in a payment iframe or hosted field. Schwehr Outfit does not write full primary account numbers to this WordPress database. Chargebacks and fraud reviews may require us to share order identifiers with the processor.

How long we keep records

Order records stay as long as U.S. tax and accounting rules require, typically several years. You may ask [email protected] to delete account fields the law does not force us to keep.

Do not sell

We do not sell personal information for money. If a future tool meets a state’s definition of “share,” California residents can opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Do not sell or share.”
